Back in 2019, our founder Marcus was struggling with the same problem so many face today. Long work days, limited cooking skills, and a fridge full of ingredients that somehow never turned into satisfying meals.
The breakthrough came during a particularly frustrating evening when he realized that cooking wasn't rocket science — it just needed the right approach. What if recipes could be broken down into foolproof steps? What if timing wasn't guesswork?
That night, the first Revert recipe was born. A simple pasta dish that took 20 minutes and actually tasted amazing. Friends started asking for the technique, then coworkers, then their families.
